From the day Chris bought his first home he knew he loved being a homeowner and just how special it can be. It wasn’t only the satisfaction of the end result, but also the journey and experience throughout. He loves the excitement his clients feel when they discover the house of their dreams or when he helps them find the best buyer for the sale of their home. While buying or selling a property can be thrilling, it also takes a great deal of attention and competence to ensure a great experience.

Building relationships and investing in people is a true passion of Chris’. With 15+ years of sales and customer service success, along with leadership and training opportunities throughout his career, Chris has honed his negotiation and presentation techniques. He is competitive and loves closing the deal! He accepts the challenge and complexity of the transaction so his clients can truly enjoy the home buying and selling process. 

As far as Chris is concerned, he believes integrity, a strong work ethic, and honest communication are all paramount to the Realtor/client relationship. These are qualities to expect when working with him. 

Residing in Stillwater, Chris enjoys working alongside his wife Hannah Johnson building their expertise in real estate and delighting their clients. They have both found their place with the Carriage family and are blessed to work with such a great team!

When Chris is not navigating the real estate world, he is working diligently as a songwriter and guitarist. Along with being an avid music fan, he is also a founding member of the rock band After Rome.
