What the 2022 Super Real Estate Agents Award Means!
Super Real Estate Agent awards are given every year by Mpls.St.Paul Magazine. The title is granted to only 3% to 5% of all licensed real estate agents in Minnesota. Look for the annual list published in the November issue of Mpls.St.Paul Magazine!
How Do You Become A SREA?
Super agents are nominated by buyers, sellers and associates. Agents are evaluated on client satisfaction, rather than number of sales.
The nine criteria for evaluation are: communication, customer service, integrity, market knowledge, negotiation, finding the right home, marketing of a home, closing preparation, and overall satisfaction.
Agent nominations are thoroughly reviewed by a panel of real estate industry leaders to create the final list.
